Here are the videos from England – Enjoy!
| CBS News documentary | A feature done by an American news channel, there are some good interviews with Shirley Darlington, Naomi Honey and Ivanilza Damat talking about what parkour means to them. There is also footage from the night classes and Women’s Empowerment Workhop in London and the positive effects of parkour. | |
| GoGirls |
A video made by the wonderful and talented Julie Angel featuring girls from the Parkour generations academy in action in London. Look out for the especially cool hula-hooping on a rail!

| Julie Angels RDV3 documentary |
The long awaited documentary of the legendary RDV3 event that took place in London this December. Another visual feast from the lovely Julie Angel, that captures some amazing moments from the event. Sure to be a great trip down memory lane for all those that were present and a bit of insight for those that missed it. (And maybe a touch of jealousy!) Look out for RDV4 rumored to be taking place this summer.

| Liv & Hollie | Liv and Hollie training together that shows the dedication and regular training behind the spectacular moves and skill of both ladies.
| Agota | A very stylish offering from one of parkour generations newest recruits. Agota has been around the London scene for a while now and has steadily been making progress and is developing into one the nations finest! This video shows how all her hard work has payed off as she displays a series of fast and creative combinations. My personal favourite is the combination at 0.43. Oh, and Agota, I officially declare you… the underbar queen! Great work!
| Agota’s latest video in the UK is a tv Advertisement for Rightmove, the UK’s largest estate agency. While it doesn’t feature many parkour moves, it is a light-hearted look of a woman in a hurry! Keep an eye out for a furry traceur-wannabe.

Allie | With a good set of skills including cat balancing, vaults and working on her climb ups, Allie is showing talent and we look forward to her future progress! |
| Emily Casan Team Seishin | Not really new, it’s from 2008 (how did this slip through?) however here’s Emily showing lots of energy as she sprints, dashes, vaults and tic tacs around London.
| Hollie | Hollie displays some very nice and strong combinations, a great style, both fluid and graceful. | |
| She also has just mastered the mighty muscle up! Congratulations girl! A feat to be seriously proud of! | ||
Hollie Sunny Day | Not new, but this short and sweet video of Hollie’s solo training session left us with a warm feeling and little smile. |
| Hollie 2008 | Holllie’s latest video is a compilation of video clips in 2008 that highlights the development in her movement, control and strength. From controlled precisions, a neat muscle-up to saut de chat at 0:25 and a flowing combination of vaults at 1:25, the entire video is set to relaxing music and is indeed good viewing. | |
| Profile! | Karen Palmer | This documentary made by Julie Angel, features London based traceuse Karen Palmer. Karen was one of the first females to take an interest in parkour in London and is well known and respected in the city. This film displays her thoughts and feelings on the discipline and her own personal training journey. Karen has more recently been working on the other side of the camera and made her own parkour documentary titled “Mental Block”.
| Kirsty Hibbert- Pure Parkour | Title should be “pure parkour… oh and one flip” :p Kirsty is going back to basics with no flips, no catchy sound track and a teaser at the end. Never knew scraping noises and traffic could sound interesting.. | |
Flips! |
Kirsty Hibbert – Spring Progression | Kirsty ‘s latest video, more flips than parkour and she is starting to come along nicely (big understatement) |
| Kirsty Hibbert 2008 |
A UK traceuse who has been training a year and shows real potential with strength and flow. Some cool bits are the kong to underbar combo at 1:45 and some nice balancing and pistols at 2:06.
| Outdoor conditioning | Highly recommended for ladies who’d like to build up strength that will definitely benefit their movement! Good work Kirsty! | |
| Upper body strength: Pull up variations | Upper body strength – those 3 words that most of us ladies will know and dread. But traceuse Kirsty has put on 2 videos on training and conditioning that will inspire you ladies out there. Nice work Kirsty!
| Liv Rowland | A bit outdated now but this is an old video of the one and only legendary Liv. (A.K.A. Flame.) This very talented lady from England was one of the first girls to emerge on the scene and still one of the best. You can see a few more recent clips here. And a rather cool music video with some nice piano music here | |
| Flips! | Tigriss |
A short clip of British recording artist Tigriss’s indoor training with the 3run team, handling basic parkour vaults efficiently and impressing with a wall flip, wall spin and several other flips and somersaults. Tigriss’s website is www.tigriss.com |
