Girlicious Parkouring in Montreal Here’s an update on what the ladies in Montreal have been up to and the answer… a lot! Lots of different women, doing lots of different movements, lots of camera angles and lots of good times. This is an end of summer video that you want to make with all your best girls and guys! 2 thumbs up! Rencontre de filles – 16 mai 2010 The girls meet was held Sunday, May 16, 2010 was a success! More than 16 girls were present at this meeting. They had a good warm-up, a small meeting of physical and they were then entertained by practicing parkour techniques. Good to see all the women getting into it and enjoying themselves 
Spring 2010 Toronto Girls meet All the fun of a girl’s class in a short and sweet video. This is what goes on during a class, the warm ups, the drills, the vaults and best of all the bloopers! Haha! A documentary by Extremiss channel that took a reporter to train with the Montreal traceuses. Training techniques, cool action, traceuse interviews and fun of hanging out with the girls, this is a great video (that may take long to load). Abla Chenjai A slickly edited first video featuring this Montreal lady that captures the last few days of training before the cold weather comes in. Nothing too fancy, just simple movement that hopefully gets you out there to see the last flowers Flips! Irma Ok, so this is more of a stunt reel than a parkour video, but to a female doing stuff like this is just awesome! (And I like the song!) Its a high action, high speed cataclysm of explosive jumpy flippy-ness! The double kong at 0.34 is HUGE! And the flip onto the table at 0.41 (regardless of how you fell about flips) is just damn cool! And is followed by a great camera shot of a series of backflips! Ha ha! Great stuff!
Silex 12 seconds of action packed stuff, starting with a massive arm jump and ending with a planche (muscleup). Great stuff!
