This video is an update to Lydiane’s progress. Some highlights are at 1:00 some fun with a tree, 1:25 some flowing movements at a supermarket trolley rail, at 3:50 a nice level to level cat pass and at 4:10 a nice running arm jump! Some of the drops look too big for her knees but it’s good to see conditioning is part of her training. We wish Lydiane all the best and keep up the good work girl! |
