every kind of movement is sweet and unique, but, if i want to pass an obstacle really quick and practically, then i mostly use the speed vault.

10. What advice would you give to other girls thinking of getting into parkour?
Even if you choose to start training parkour or not, try always to MOVE in any kind of way, moving is really precious. Parkour is unique, it can totally change you as a person in many kind of good ways..There’s a good reason to start training parkour if you really want to progress mentally and physically, becoming better over and over again. That’s because in parkour you face a lot of yourself, the bad and the good side of it, either you want it or not, this is the character of parkour, train-learn-evolve.
Most of the people try or they may are stuggling to be good/the best in their activities(like parkour) or their jobs..My advice, try not to put such specific goals. It’s so sure that if you love what you do, you will improve in your own way without being obsessed becoming the best..Don’t try to be the No.1 neither feel competitive with others. Never think that achievements has to do with being THAT good in a sport or your job, in the end the achievement isn’t the result you get, but the spiritual work you did before inside of you. All of these activities end sometime, its the spirit and the soul which keeps remaining. Try to be a super human first and control the flow of your thoughts, then im sure you will improve in everything you do in your life. Be patient and have faith in everything you put into your mind.TT
