Primal Fitness  hosts a recurring parkour seminar for women on the third Sunday of every month! This 2 hour seminar will introduce women to the basic concepts and movements of Parkour. There will be a warmup and some conditioning, then instruction in movements and concepts. There will be a Q&A session afterwards and we will cover some information on continuing to train on your own.
