The whole idea behind this page is to get more girls training together and to foster and develop the female parkour community within the greater parkour community in Melbourne. Melbourne Classes
APA classes offered in Melbourne cover the fundamentals of Parkour and strength and condition in a safe and friendly environment. The classes are run by male and female instructors and are great introduction to Parkour. There are girls who train regularly at the Sydney and Melbourne classes. Melbourne Womens Parkour Classes

Due to the super success of Womens Parkour workshops, we are bringing it on every Saturday in March for $65 for 4 sessions!
Learn how improve your strength, co-ordination and balance whilst jumping over benches, walking along poles, rolling on mats and having a ball laughing with all the other gals! Over the 4 weeks, new skills and apparatus will be introduced, all building towards having the final session outdoors! Classes will be held at my girlfriends dance studio, Beeboparts, 241 Smith street Fitzroy.Starting this Saturday 5th March, 9.30am-11am. The workshop is open to all women 16+ and no prior Parkour or physical training is required, just comfortable clothes and lots of smiles:) A discount will be given for APA members/Girls who have been to APA classes in the city or at the Trace;) $15 per session or $55 for 4. bookings: beeboparts(at) gmail (dot) com or call Etoile 0450922883
